Payment & Refunds

 

We do not refund any purchased services, packages or memberships. All packages expire after 6 months; unused lessons will be forfeited. Customers can cancel and reschedule appointments and session (excludes group session bookings and Board and Train) as long as cancelation happens at least 24hour before service start. Customers are responsible to pay the complete amount up front before scheduling any service.

 

Liability Release

 

Customer agrees to assume full responsibility for their dogs at any training where the customer is physical present. Desert Dogz and their contracted trainers will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from loss of control over the dog. The dog’s behavior now and in the future is solely the responsibility of the owner of the dog. Should any behavior on the dog’s part result in damage of property or injury to a person or third party, owner agrees to assume full liability and obligations for any resulting bills and relief Desert Dogz and its contracted trainers from any obligations to pay such third party.
